Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know at least 12 hours after the order has been placed so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster, for ease of shipping cost too. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way!
Our sizing is based on measurements around the chest and length of the body, NOT always based on weight. The most important measurement is the chest girth measurement. Measure right underneath your pup’s armpits and go around the largest part of their chest. As each dog is completely different, please measure your dog and refer to the sizing chart below the product description.
Our dog apparel is mostly designed for French Bulldogs & Pugs, Boston Terriers, and other small dog breeds, please refer to the size chart below the product details & measure your Frenchie as the photo displayed, or email us, or message us with your questions.
NOTE:
If your dog is still a pup, please buy 1 size larger at least, as they grow too fast. If you want to purchase dog clothes for their full grown age (Chest size for a full grown Frenchie is 20″ – 23″) XL, or 2XL would be a good choice. You can also refer to the sizing chart below the product description for more guidance.
NO, it might be a little different in sizes since the fabric, design & cut, you might need to refer to each of the size charts below the product description before ordering.
Our dog clothes mostly are shipped from the US, depending on the proximity to your location and the warehouse inventory. We strive to get your items to you as soon as possible, and as a result, you may receive more than one package for your order.

If your tracking information hasn’t been updated recently, don’t worry. Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to be updated. Once you receive your tracking number by email, your package is still on the way.
American Pets Shop does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to your in your shipment confirmation email. Please contact us immediately if you need more help.
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:
- Check with your neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the carrier

Yes, we allowed you to return your order if need be.
If you received a wrong product or defective product, just let us know, we would send a replacement immediately and cover the shipping cost.
Please note that returns based on sizes could not be acceptable as we include sizing charts before the product description to enable make the right sizing choice. You may also contact us before placing your order if you have any doubt about sizes.
Also NOTE that final sale products do not meet our return policy.

For Dog apparel specifically, we recommend hand washing with a hypoallergenic pet friendly soap or detergent, and air dry it. If you prefer to use a washing machine, please make sure to use cold water.
We no longer accept exchanges based on sizes. This is because all the returned product will be thrown away, and never sold again, to protect other dogs (French Bulldog, Pug and the like are with too vulnerable skin), but we have a better solution for that, email us with your order number if you have any question. We would provide a satisfying solution for you.
