Definitely doesn’t suction to the ground (vinyl plank flooring) and my dog was able to unsuction it from window but to be fair I didn’t clean before placing it on. I put treats inside and definitely worth it. Keeps them entertained for some time and cleans there teeth. Don’t see the point on the bell that’s inside though my dogs don’t care for them.

Out of all the toys we bought out 11 week Shepard puppy this was the best. Worth every penny and more. Remmie loves trying to get it off the floor and trying to get the treats out. For a puppy with so much energy he has me his match. I also love that it is made from non toxic materials. Great buy!
