Anti-Barking Dog Training Device

I rarely write product reviews, but I had to take the time to help other that might be on the fence. Honestly, I waited a while before buying this DINJOO bark collar because I kept going back and forth between this and other collars. But first, a little back story. Having never owned a dog, I didn't know what to expect. Our King Charles Cavalier was fantastic until he turned around 1yrs old or so. At that point, he started going crazy when he would see people or other dogs on a walk around the neighborhood, and he also would whine and bark on the weekends around 6am or so, probably wondering where everyone was since we weren't up getting ready for school and work as usual. I decided that something had to happen, since Saturdays were my only days to sleep in and I would be the only one who heard him (of course not the kids). Anyway, I bought this collar and tried it out the first time, and he still had a neighborhood freak out. I wasn't sure what was going on, but then I realized that the collar was too loose and the shock might have been too light. On the next walk that day, I tightened the collar up and set the shock level to 7, since he is a 15lb dog. When he first got the initial shock, he wasn't sure what was going on, but it only took a couple more before he learned that it was coming from his bark, which made me happy that he was already learning. By the end of that day, all he had to do was hear the tone that came before the shock, and he would stop.

We have now had this for about 2 weeks and I just now put it back on a charger to give it a charge. Granted, we only put it on him when we are going for a walk or on Saturday morning, but this collar has truly been an absolute MIRACLE!! If you're like me and on the fence, at least give this a try. If you get it right, the collar works so well and it has really helped me appreciate the dog more since I don't have to listen to him bark all the time. I have recommended this collar to everyone I know so far!

I had been looking for a bark collar for my six year old lab for a while, I just never bought one. But when we got a puppy, I decided I didn’t want the puppy to learn bad habits from him so I decided to buy this collar based on the great reviews. I started with the vibration and he didn’t care for that, but it also didn’t really stop him from barking so I did the electric shock mode and within 24 hours I could see a significant difference. I don’t even have to put it on him every day and obviously I only keep it on him during the day and I take it off at night. I’m so happy I bought this I should’ve purchased it sooner!!

This bark collar works amazingly well. It has brought peace to our household.

Before we resorted to buying a bark collar, we had tried everything to stop our dog from barking at passers-by (we dubbed our street the 405 of dog walkers -- lots of dog barking opportunities). We sent him to place. We hired a dog behaviorist who suggested we cover our windows with paper and redirect him with treats. That resulted in our dog barking non-stop at nothing in hopes of getting a treat. We were at our wits end when none of the behaviorist's suggestions worked. So we broke down and bought the collar.

All it took was one beep -- it never got to the buzz or zap -- and he stopped barking. I was absolutely amazed how well it worked.

Now everyone is so much happier, including our dog. No more coaxing him and feeling frustrated he's only in it for the treat. No more going to Place, which he didn't understand. Paper on our windows have been removed so we don't feel like we're living in a sealed box, and once again, there is peace in our household.

We have a large yard on a relatively busy road. My dog had decided it was really fun to start at one end of the lot and "chase" cars to the other, barking all the time. We're in town and the neighbors were NOT happy with the constant barking. Literally the first time we put it on him, he stopped after the first jolt We do have to continue using it on him as a reminder, but not all the time. When he's playing with other dogs, I take it off since any loud noise or other dogs barking will set it off. We're dog-central here having the largest fenced front yard in the area so all his dog buddies come by to play. Then we tried it on one of his most annoying smaller friends who has a high-pitched incessant bark and you can't do anything to get her to stop. It worked like a charm and stopped her in her tracks. I'm buying one for my son who has an issue with a dog who's a little aggressive, not in terms of biting, just in terms of sounding like he wants to kill something when he's out on a walk. I think it will help him tremendously as well for control. The battery life is really long. We've charged it one in a month. We haven't really used the remote except to test it. The great thing is that it means the dog can be outside longer, which he loves - just sitting out watching everything go by, if he's not paying with his friends. I'm buying one for my neighbor who has a dog who barks just like mine used to. All in all, 100% happy with the collar. It really works, and works well.

Great barking collar. I have a 7 month old mini goldendoodle that comes to work with me everyday. She's super sweet and friendly but is a huge barker. After reading some great reviews, I decided to give this product a try. Pleased is a understatement. FromThe first day using this, she was a completely different dog. Works fantastic and the best part is the battery life. I can go about a week and half before having to charge it again. I highly recommend this barking collar for anyone looking for one. I would absolutely buy another one again.

I've only used it for 1 day so far..
My dog is easy to train!!! However the beeping and vibrate alone did not work for him. It works with the beeping, vibrate, and shock however it don't go off till he's done barking. He'll only bark 2 or 3 times then he's done he's never been one who barks non stop. He never use to bark at all but as he's getting older the more he's barking, but he's also developed anxiety and I think that might be part of it. So yes it works and it works great but the pause in between the beeping and the shock is to long of a pause..

I was a little apprehensive about getting a stimulation collar at first. My golden retriever has a bit of separation anxiety, so when I'm out of sight for longer than what he deems acceptable, he turns into a megaphone of excessive barking. My nerves were absolutely frayed after trying different methods of bark control. All epic fails, so anti-bark collar it is. I decided on this one because it has options other than only the shock. Since day one I have been living in a bark free house. I turned it on beep and vibrate at the lowest setting for a dog his size. He barked like normal twice and that was the end of it. I haven't had to change the sensitivity or the type of stimulation since I put it on him for the first time. I would recommend it to anyone!

I'm so happy I ordered this. I work from home and have 2 YorkiePoos that are 9-year-old litter mates. One of them is losing his hearing so he barks at everything, I mean EVERYTHING. When he starts his brother joins in and they sing the song of their people. I use these on vibrate and sound only. The house is quiet again and I can Zoom with clients and not worry about a cacophony of barking interrupting our meetings. The battery lasts a long time and is easy to recharge. Honestly, it was dead for about 2 days before I noticed so just wearing the collar seems to be enough to keep the barks at bay. Great product, highly recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews but let me just say what a Great collar! Im really impressed with the results I’ve been getting with my dogs responses when it comes to taking her for a walk. My dog hasn’t always barked at every single noise or person when we went on for walks. However after I had recently moved a few months ago, I’ve noticed she became more cautious of her surroundings and hasn’t become acclimated to the new area. She barked at every person, every dog and almost every noise. After trying to get her used to being outside or rewarding her good behavior, it just wasn’t working. I had purchased this collar specifically for the vibration and it worked soooo well!!! The instructions were clear and easy to follow and it came pre charged so I was able to mess with the settings as I was reading the instructions which was nice. I did charge the collar for about 1-2 hours before use and it does last a couple days so that’s really good! Over all I’m very pleased with the product! I really do recommend.

This product works as described! I use it for my pup when we go on walks. He barks at everything . This collar doesn’t mistake head shakes or loud noises as barks when my pups wear it. The collar is easy to setup and comes with two different straps.

We have been so happy with this collar. Our dog gets so distracted at other dogs while on walks and this helps her not to bark back. We only need to use the vibration setting and it’s amazing.

hardly ever write a review, but this time I had to. I was skeptical about this actually stopping my puppy from barking but it did!! I wanted something that would not hurt my puppy. I used the beep and vibrating mode for maybe an hour (I’m not kidding) my puppy was so scared of the beeping and vibrating that he stopped barking. That was three days ago, and still nothing. I have the bark collar in plain sight so my puppy can see the collar I guess as a reminder to not bark. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying, I don’t ever want him to bark, but he was nonstop constantly, and it’s not a soft bark it’s a very loud bark so much so that I couldn’t even have a conversation with anyone in my home. I know some people like to use the shock mode, but I would recommend first trying the vibrating mode or the beeping mode. That was enough for my puppy. Thanks Amy T.
